This could be used for both pancakes or waffles. Nothing saves time more than having your dry ingredients already mixed together. Just measur out and add the wet stuff, mix and cook.
Combine all of the dry ingredients in a lidded container and shake well to combine.
Use mix within 3 months
Heat an electric griddle or frying pan to 350 degrees F.
Wisk together the eggs, buttermilk and butter. Add 2 cups "Instant" Pancake mix from above.
Greese the griddle or frying pan and ladle pancake batter onto the hot surface. When bubbles begin to set around the edges and the down side is golden brown, flip the pancake and cook until golden.
